Wow, have we been busy! Clayton Homes has been doing major upgrades on their retail centers, and we have been adding the Lifestylist touch to as many as 15 homes at a time!

We have had so much fun working with these professional teams that are passionate about affordable housing and getting people into a home that is perfect for them.

Factory-built homes are a great solution for the affordable housing crisis, and you'll be amazed at how much value these beautiful homes offer.

It's hard to believe that we have been active on Houzz for over 5 years - where does the time go? Our clients love being able to get ideas and product information on their site, and it's such an easy way to share information.

The Lifestylist Brands are proud to announce that they were recently awarded the Best Model Home of the Year Trophy at the MHI Congress and Expo which is held every year in Las Vegas.

The winning model was built by SE Homes of Texas - a division of Clayton Homes.

One of the things we love about doing clubhouse interiors is that we really get to be creative when we design the interiors. Our clients let us use lots of colors and theming that definitely make the spaces memorable.

The new Hammocks at Millcreek is one of our favorites partially because it is such a beautiful area with lots to do around it, and also because the client really let us "push the envelope".

Residents will be moving into their new homes next month, and we can't wait to welcome them into this beautiful new community!

It's heartbreaking to watch the news today and see the devastation in Moore, Oklahoma. My sister and her family live in Edmond, OK and I have clients that have land lease communities very close to where the tornado touched down. Sam - my nephew and favorite Jr Lifestylist spent the afternoon in their storm shelter a few days ago having a picnic with his pets -I'm so glad that he made sure they were safe as well as his family.
People always think that "trailer parks" or "mobile home parks" are the worst places to be during a disaster like this, but that just isn't true. I was glad to hear that the Yes! Communities in this area only sustained hail and wind damage and no one was hurt. Their on-site managers made sure that everyone got to where they needed to be and are now busy helping them get emergency supplies and repairs. That's one of the advantages of living in a well run land lease community - there's always someone there to help.
If you would like to help the people of Moore that were affected by the storm, I encourage you to donate to the Salvation Army. They truly do the most good with every dollar that is donated.
